Last updated: 4 October 2026

This policy explains how Rapidreelz collects, uses and protects your personal data when you use our Website or buy from us, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.

1. Data we collect

  • Contact details — name, email address and phone number (for example when you join our waitlist, create an account or place an order).
  • Order and delivery details — shipping address, items purchased and order history.
  • Payment information — payments are processed by our payment gateway partner. We receive confirmation of the payment and its method, but we never see or store your full card, UPI or banking credentials.
  • Technical data — device and browser information, IP address and pages visited, used to keep the Website secure and working well.
  • Communications — messages you send us by email, WhatsApp or our contact channels.

2. How we use your data

  • To process and deliver your orders, including digital downloads and shipments.
  • To provide customer support and respond to your requests.
  • To send updates you asked for, such as our launch announcement. You can unsubscribe at any time.
  • To prevent fraud, keep the Website secure and meet our legal and tax obligations.
  • To understand how the Website is used so we can improve it.

3. Consent and legitimate uses

We process your personal data with your consent, or where it is needed to provide something you have requested (such as completing a purchase), or as permitted by law. You may withdraw consent at any time; this will not affect processing that has already taken place.

4. Who we share data with

We share only what is necessary with trusted service providers who process it on our behalf: our payment gateway, courier and fulfilment partners, email delivery and hosting providers, and analytics tools. We may disclose data when required by law. We never sell your personal data.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep the Website working (for example, your cart and login session). If we use analytics or advertising cookies, we will tell you and, where required, ask for your consent.

6. How long we keep data

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above. Order and invoice records are retained for the period required by applicable tax and accounting laws. Waitlist emails are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.

7. Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you have the right to access a summary of your personal data, to correct or update it, to request its erasure, to withdraw consent, to nominate a person to exercise your rights, and to have your grievances addressed. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the contact details on our Contact page.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and restricted access to personal data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and will notify you as required by law if a breach affects you.

9. Children

Our Website is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children without verifiable consent from a parent or guardian.
