Shipping & Delivery Policy

Here's how and when your Rapidreelz order reaches you.

1. Digital products

Digital products are delivered instantly after your payment is confirmed: you'll get an email with your download link, and the files are also available in your account. If you don't receive the email within an hour, check your spam folder or contact us.

2. Where we ship

We ship physical products to serviceable PIN codes across India. Serviceability and the estimated delivery date are shown before you pay.

3. Processing and delivery times

  • Processing: orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
  • Delivery: usually 3–7 business days after dispatch for metro cities and 5–10 business days for other locations.
  • Partner-fulfilled items: some products ship directly from our trusted fulfilment partners and may take 7–14 business days. These items may arrive separately; the estimate is shown on the product page.

4. Shipping charges

Shipping charges, if any, are calculated at checkout based on your location and order, and shown before you pay. Free-shipping offers, when available, are displayed on the Website.

5. Tracking

Once your order ships, we'll email you the courier name and tracking number so you can follow your parcel.

6. Delays

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Weather, strikes, holidays, courier issues or other events outside our control can cause delays; we'll keep you informed if your order is affected.

7. Address accuracy and failed deliveries

Please make sure your address and phone number are correct. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or the delivery was refused, re-shipping charges may apply.

8. Damaged in transit

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and the item — see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
